Bread in 10 minutes! No oven! This is the tastiest thing I’ve ever eaten!

Freshly made bread has a charm of its own, but many people avoid making it at home because they think it takes hours and requires an oven.

What if I told you that you can make soft, fluffy, and absolutely delicious bread in just 10 minutes—without even turning on the oven? This recipe is so simple that anyone can do it, and the results will leave you amazed.

The secret here is using a hot pan instead of the oven. The bread cooks perfectly on the stovetop, giving you that golden-brown crust on the outside and a tender bite inside. It’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a quick snack when paired with butter, cheese, or your favorite spread.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (480g) flour
  • 1 cup (220g) yogurt
  • 1 cup (200ml) water
  • 1 packet (10g) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon (8g) salt
  • 1 tablespoon (10ml) vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well so everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Add the yogurt, water, and oil into the dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon at first, then use your hands to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Using a rolling pin, flatten each ball into a round disk about ½ inch thick.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet on medium heat. Place one dough disk in the pan and cook until bubbles form and the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side. Each bread should take about 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining dough, stacking the cooked breads on a plate and covering them with a clean towel to keep them warm and soft.

What you get is warm, fluffy bread that tastes just as good as something from the bakery—maybe even better because it’s homemade. It pairs beautifully with butter, jam, cheese, or even savory fillings like grilled chicken and veggies.

Tips & Variations

  • For extra flavor, brush the bread with garlic butter right after cooking.
  • Add fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary into the dough for a fragrant twist.
  • These breads can also be used as wraps for sandwiches.

This no-oven bread is proof that good food doesn’t need to be complicated. Once you try it, you’ll find yourself making it again and again.
