There’s something magical about stuffed pasta shells bubbling away in a creamy sauce. These Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells take cozy to the next level with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and rich Alfredo sauce baked into every bite.

Ingredients:
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1½ cups steamed broccoli florets, chopped
- 1½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1½ cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup mozzarella.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo over shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
