Ingredients:

  1. 20 jumbo pasta shells
  2. 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  3. 1½ cups steamed broccoli florets, chopped
  4. 1½ cups ricotta cheese
  5. 1 egg
  6. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  7. Salt and pepper, to taste
  8. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  9. 1½ cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  10. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  11. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup mozzarella.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo over shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
